Program Timeline & Deadlines

Every cohort runs in three overlapping phases: registration, active learning, and swag validation. Registration usually opens two to three weeks before the active learning window begins. Active learning is where every point gets earned. Swag validation is the two-week window at the end where facilitators verify eligibility and ship rewards.

The registration deadline is a hard cutoff — miss it and no amount of points will count. This is why the tracker keeps a live countdown to the next deadline on the calculator screen. Set the date in the countdown to match your cohort and you'll have a permanent reminder.

Milestones are usually verified in weekly sweeps. If your dashboard doesn't update the same day you complete work, wait a full seven days before assuming something is wrong. Facilitator emails are the fastest channel for support if a milestone doesn't credit after that.

Physical swag ships in waves after the cohort ends, typically over eight to twelve weeks depending on region. Digital rewards — badges, certificates, credits — usually appear within two weeks.
